What is Troulanda

We grew up in a fascinating region that is part of two countries and, separated by a river and amazing mountains, is connected by a unique way of life. A territory of unique traditions and experiences that travelers don’t always have access to and that are practically never mentioned in guidebooks.

This is not the only place where this happens, and we have decided to do something about it: we want you to learn a little more about the culture and traditions of territories like ours.

We invite you to discover the most unique events and activities, connect with the roots of each place, and truly experience the places you visit.

The Team

Leticia
LeticiaCo-Founder
Leticia has spent her whole life exploring the world. From Iceland to Japan, via Morocco, Slovenia, France, and Sweden… she has quite a few stamps in her passport. Curious and restless, she is the person you would turn to for advice on what to do and see on your next getaway (although she will surely give you more options than you can handle).

As a traveler, she has always liked to go beyond the conventional routes, discovering those experiences that transform a simple trip into an unforgettable adventure. Today, she channels this passion into helping others discover Galicia and other parts of the Iberian Peninsula, designing unique travel proposals centered on gastronomy, unique traditions, and popular culture.

Thanks to her training in law, business administration, and tourism, and with more than 15 years of experience in the areas of creativity and tourism marketing, Leticia combines curiosity, rigor, and innovation to shape a platform that not only offers you activities, but also invites you to experience them intensely.

Patricia
PatriciaCo-Founder
Patricia is passionate about local culture and purposeful travel. For over a decade, she ran a small accommodation in Vigo, where she offered more than just a place to sleep: her true calling was to create unique experiences for each traveler through personalized recommendations, alternative routes, and attentive service.
That period was key to developing her vision: the most transformative tourism comes from human contact and well-told stories.

Currently, she focuses on identifying valuable projects—local producers, passionate guides, cultural initiatives, etc.—and facilitating their connection with travel agencies that share a more conscious, collaborative, and regenerative view of tourism.

With a degree in Advertising and Journalism and Public Relations from the University of Nebrija, she believes in the value of good conversation and everything that can arise over a cup of coffee. Her approach combines sensitivity, strategy, and a strong conviction that another way of traveling—and working—is possible.
